Chief Executive Officer

Shyam S Prasad has over 25 years of experience in retail , brand building and business operations with a deep understanding of consumer behaviour and experiences . With a Master’degree in Business Administration ( MBA ) , Shyam has had diverse stints across marquee retail chains and brands in the country, leading large teams. He is responsible for driving the vision in setting up industry leading best practices across the organization.


Mansi Kshatriya

Director- Design

Mansi Kshatriya comes with over 20 years of experience in design and design management roles. She is a design graduate from the National Institute of Fashion Technology. As Director-Design at Brand Studio Lifestyle, Mansi has been pivotal in building design management systems and processes that enable the team to deliver over 1500 styles each month. She is involved in strategizing, creative directionand trend spotting.


Raghu Hegde

Chief Financial Officer

A Graduate of the University of Mumbai, Raghu Hegde has over 30 years of experience in the Finance domain. Raghu’s strength is the setting up and management of strong financial control systems, cash flow management and banking functions. Raghu joined Brand Studio Lifestyle as a part of the founding team and has led debt raising, Credit rating enhancement, and equity transactions.


Astha Sahay

Director- Ecommerce

Astha Sahay has over 15 years of experience across retail and ecommerce. A post graduate in management, Astha is specialized in Buying & Merchandising, Key Accounts for Lifestyle categories and business management for e-commerce. She has been leading the ecommerce teams consistently delivering growth and scale. Astha also leads other collateral functions of E-commerce such as Studio & Catalog.


Manoj Patil


Manoj Patil is a textile Engineering Graduate with a post graduate qualification from the National Institute of Fashion Technology having over 20 years of experience across Textile Value chain from Fabric Mill to Garment Manufacturers to Brands. Manoj has worked in roles across the sourcing and manufacturing value chain. He has strong expertise in sourcing strategy, planning, and driving manufacturing scale


Mrinmay Ghosh

Chief Audit and Risk Officer

Mrimmay Ghosh is a chartered accountant by qualification with over 23 years of experience in finance, audit and risk management functions primarily in the apparel manufacturing industry. At Brand Studio Lifestyle, Mrinmay is responsible for instituting systems and processes to identify and control revenue leakage and risk mitigation of business functions. He also oversees the purchase function and is currently leading the implementation of a custom built ERP solution.


Sathish Kumar

Chief Creative & Digital Communications Officer

Sathish Kumar is a graduate of the National Institute of Fashion Technology with 25 years of experience in the areas of design, manufacturing, sourcing, retail and strategy planning, marketing, e-commerce and digital communication. He heads the Direct to Consumer vertical at Brand Studio and is responsible for digital and creative communication, performance marketing and content marketing. Sathish brings multidimensional expertise to strategy and planning.
